adobe premier 6.0(what a jungle)

just downloaded full version of adobe 6.0(the wonders of kazaa).
anyway captured the movie,but when it comes to editing,i aint got a clue,its like a jungle,it captures nice though.
is there a feature to convert to mpeg,cause i cant find it,there again u need a degree to navigate the darn thing,is there a web page which shows u how to edit it with adobe cause i cant make head nor tail of the instruction.
