Q: about playing a ripped blu-ray

Hello, I have ripped multiple blu-rays with no problems except that no matter whether I rip in file mode using anydvdhd or clone bluray to bluray with dvdfab7 when I go to play the movies on the pc with MPC or off my freeagent media player with supports both file & iso formats it will only play the movie. I can't get the menus to come up like a normal dvd or blu-ray (plays the movies perfect by the way).

any ideas? hope this is not a stupid question as I just recently switched over from dvd to doing bluray ripping & authoring


thx P.S. yes I rip the entire contents of the discs in either mode.

You must use a software blu-ray player like Total Media Theatre.

No free player supports blu-ray menus.

And moving you to our software playing section as this is not authoring.
