ok here is the problem i have downloaded a sopranos episode and want to burn it as a vcd, no problem for most that I have downloaded but now I have been getting errors when trying to load some into TempEnc. I figured out what the problems was these particular episodes were encoded at 20fps. Now what I am looking for is a way to covert the fps to 29.97(NTSC). I had read an article that uses virtual dub to setup a frameserver, I have been able to setup the frameserver but I can't get any program to open the signpost even when I try to change the extension to .avi like the tutorial says, I have tried AVIEdit and tempEnc as well as a couple others to open the signpost but to no avail. It says that it can not figure out the file type. Any help would be apreciated. If any other information is need just let me know
