Where are you and how good are you at begging transcoder time? They have heard it all.
How many minutes?
How much can you pay?
If you are good and they have a blank schedule then celebrate later with a good pub meal (you pay all the bar assumed). If not offer the dinner as well.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

The only thing they really want to hear is you can feed them more business in the future.

For DVD the best way to convert progressive PAL to progressive NTSC is to resize the frame from 720x576 to 720x480 but leave the frame rate at 25 fps. Then use DgPulldown add 3:2:3:2:2 pulldown flags. The running time of the video doesn't change so audio doesn't have to be modified.
The second best way is to resize and slow the frame rate down from 25 fps to 23.976 fps. Then apply the usual 3:2 pulldown flags. The audio also has to be adjusted to compensate for the ~4 percent longer running time.
