Hi all,
I am a bit new to all this so please forgive me if I am asking some dumb questions, but any help is much appreciated. I have a Sony DAVS-800 DVD system at home and I am looking to purchase a new camcorder in the near future.
I would like to be able to convert what I record on the camcorder to VCD using a CD burner in my PC and play it on the DVD player.
Does anyone have any good recomendations as to what digital camcorder I should be looking at (I prefer the sony ones). I want to be able to burn the VCD in PAL format. Also what software I may need and how tricky the whole process is.
Many thanks in advance
Jason
