    does anybody know How to convert avi to trp so I can play it in my viewsonic 360 reciever?

    On a german discussion forum dedicated to german brand HDTV/SDTV-DVB-S/S2-satellite receiver a tool has been presented which is able to convert compatible MPEG2-ts-files or AVC/H.264-ts-files into comptaible directory structures containing the video files as *.trp, *.001,*,002... file format:

    The same programme also has been used for other brands which apparently also use the same STB-processor-chip used within the receiver.
