    Want to decode Panasonic VHS/DVD Player.
    It is region 4 and Iwould like to make it Multi regional.
    Any ideas.

    You can always ask and maybe you will be lucky and be among the 5% of people who ask this kind of question and get an answer that works. However the odds are highly against you. Combo players such as VHS/DVD players have always been almost impossible to unlock. That was true even a few years ago when it was much easier to find DVD players that could be unlocked.
