I am completely new to all this. My wife has a walking exercise DVD. Each track is a different intensity of exercise. She wants to take the hardest intensity and put it on a DVD five times. I have Dell Inspiron 1000 with a 24X CD-RW/DVD ComboDrive. Then I have a Dell Mini 10. For the Mini I have a LG External Multi DVD Rewriter which I can use with either computer. I have downloaded DVD Decrypter but can't get started with it on either computer. I am at a complete loss. Could someone please help me and guide me through steps I need to take to do this. Can taking this one track and duplicating it 5 times be done?

I guess it would be easier in dvd shrink using the reauthoring mode, you can then cut out one track and then import it 5 times and make new dvd.

Download DVDFAB and use it to copy the exercise dvd to your harddrive.
    Follow Baldrick's advice (see above).

I ripped the dvd with DVD Decrypter and when I tried to shrink the track I wanted to duplicate I found that the track I wanted wasn't there. Is there a way to Decript just the one track that I want without ripping the whole DVD.
