    Got a dozen of mkv video files encoded with AC3. The volme is way too soft and I need to amplfied the sound. Any recommend software?

    If you are just playing on your computer then use ac3 filter to boost the volume.

    Or else I guess you can use PopCorn MKV AudioConverter to normalize.

    You might also try Xvid4PSP. Set as MKV, Copy for Video and then choose the appropriate Ac3 setting. It routinely normalizes (Aften) all audio output.

    Hey there!

    I'm sitting here with the same problem - I just used PopCorn MKV AudioConverter to convert some dts tracks into ac3, but then in one of the processes the audio got really really low and I need to boost it somehow...

    If you could link a tutorial or something it would be great
