Hi. !st post here. I found out about MakeMKV. Works great! BDs played via Plex on my mini->52" LCD are perfect, though it's a shame to lose the HD audio. Unfortunately, it appears that the subtitles will not work with MKV viewing (I've followed several ideas which is how I got here). So far I've tried tsMuxer to create a BD/AVCHD folder (suggested https://www.videohelp.com/forum/archive/subtitles-keep-disappearing-from-m2ts-file-t368209.html) but no joy. Has anybody had success viewing subtitles on BD rips???
Thanks
Well, you'd think I'd have known better and searched 1st... as far as I can tell, there isn't a way to get those subtitles out of the MKV package... if anyone with more knowledge about this than me (that would be anyone reading this) knows of a way, I'd appreciate the help...
