  1. i have nero 5.5.7.2 and i burned my first VCD with nero. and everything words great! so i decide to burn another one, i haven't changed any settings, and the burn process runs smoothly. but when i look at it on my DVD player i can't click on the files to play them. whats going on?

  3. You don't click on any files on a DVD player to play a VCD, you hit PLAY, and the VCD will start playing. In Nero, simply select VCD template, drag your VCD file over and burn the VCD.

  4. I found thru trial and error that when you burn a VCD with Nero and you make an index page, the thumbnails or file names are not clickable (I use Power DVD on my computer). If you burn an SVCD the thumbnails and file names are clickable. If you make a VCD the NEXT button doesn't work from the index page either. You have to hit the "1" button to start things, after that you can hit "N" for next.

    Is that the way things work for others or am I doing something incorrect in setting things up? What is the button that says "Use CD-i application" mean? Should it be checked?
