I've got a Time Warner cable feed that comes into my bedroom that is naturally hooked up to my TV. I want to split this feed and get two channels on my computer at once for 3 total. (1 live channel on my TV and 2 live channels on my computer) Is there any way to do this easily? Cost isn't much of a consideration.

At first I was looking at simply throwing in a Hauppauge tuner (whichever the best one is) but you can only watch one channel while recording another. Could I watch the recording simultaneously (obviously on just a few second delay) while watching the live channel?

I'm a little new and inexperienced with this so I'm looking for direction
