    What is your opinion of the best, easiest to use IP spoofer for surfing the web?
    I am looking at the-cloak.com but I don't think this is 100% since they just use a proxy....

    Finnish VPN? Or you could just get your own T1/T3.

    Keep in mind that "private" simply means records of your surfing are held by some other private firm which can still trace it back to you. It's just an extra buffer beyond your ISP so a casual user can't trace you back down to a general area.

    Also, I think there should be some proxies that do not store any log files, no?
