Does somebody know why in ffmpegX 0.0.9y Filters panel font size always renders as smallest, 1 or 0, regardless of size actually chosen?
I'm trying to write hard subtitles to avi files. Program works great, other than its/my inability to get subtitles in larger sizes.
They do show in large sizes when previewing movie, but not in end result.
I'm using a PowerMac Dual G5 w/ OS X Leopard 10.5.6.
Thanks for advice/explanation.

Do you mean mencoder's version .9s instead of version .9w (in ffmpegbinaries package), or ffmpegx's versions?
As I mentioned, I thought I was using ffmpeg 0.0.9y, but the About... window says: 0.0.9x (0.0.9y). So I don't know which it is.
In the ffmpegbinaries package I'm using (latest), Info for mencoder does not show itsversion either. How do I see its version?

You do give me a link for mencoder, and it takes me to a download page for MPlayer/Mencoder, but I only see Mplayer downloads possible. Recent ones. And link for Old versions, again, does not give me any mencoder downloads.
I searched for mencoder downloads w/out success.
Could you please give me link to download mencoder .9s?

 Many thanks.
