    SVCD

    Dvd player says init for a little bit then detects the tracks and times but wont play the disc, seems to hang. Is there a way to remedy this?

    two suggestions:

    1) create a 480x480 xvcd instead of svcd

    2) Use something other than nero to make the disc. Check the howto guides for the software to use.
