Okay, last week I found out how to convert to wav. files for ring tones using the AVS Audio Editor. I have Verizon and went online uploaded the ring tone sent them as a pic/ video message and it went through fine. Now this week, I tried to do the same thing and it won't play on my cell phone. I get the text, it just won't play. I called Verizon and they said you can't do it. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or if there is another way to do this? Is there a block they could have put on my line?
