First Frame Black In All Videos

Suddenly, all of my videos are showing the first frame black when I play them. This happens in all my players (MPC-HC is my default player).

If I stop the video and go to first frame, it is not black. If I restart the video after I've returned to first frame it plays fine but if I open the file it starts with a black frame.

I can open the files in Virtualdub and the first frame is not black. It only happens when I try open a file to view in my media players. Playing the file in a media browser like Irfanview or Xnview gives the same black frame.


EDIT: I was wrong. When I hit stop and the player goes to the first frame, it is black.

If I set MPC-HC output to Haali renderer then the first frame opens correctly but when it gets to the last frame it turns black and if I hit the stop button it turns black.

System default returns to correct frame when I hit stop but first frame is black when I open the file.

I don't know what is going on. Everything was fine earlier today. I did have it set to VMR9 renderless.

I guess I'll have to use Haali renderer since it is the only one that gets the first frame right.
