    I've been using it just fine, no problems until last night. When I go to edit a video (usually an avi file) it works fine until I use the seek bar to cut a new beginning/end frame.

    Basically, when I use the seek bar to move ahead, it freezes up, then shuts down.

    Could it be a codec problem? It works fine if I don't seek forward.

    Has anyone had this problem?

    Have you installed any other video software? or codec pack? or similar?

    I have, but not recently. All codecs and video programs were installed before this problem started.
