Hot-spots on SVCD

I was trying to use the hot-spots facility in the XML for VCDImager.
I test the following instructions:
<select ref="play-01" x1="8" y1="18" x2="29" y2="22"/>
putting them under a selection element of PCB.
It has been accepted by VCDImager but produce no result in PowerDVD, compared to the menus produced by Nero.
I'm not able to read the DTD syntax ( :oops: ) so if anyone has an example of that it would be really appreciated.

I reversed a Nero SVCD with VCDXRip and the sintax was right.
I had problem with coordinate scaling, now it works fine.
