Magix movie edit 12 - Divx export fails

Hey !

I'm trying to export my movie to divx, selecting:

file->export movie->video as AVI

resolution: 768x576
fr: 25
ratio 4:3

imrogressive
media:video+audio

when i click "advanced", i choose:

divx 6.8.5 Codec (2 logical cpus)

under configuration i have the default settings...


Then Magix starts building frame table...


An error message pops up: During export with an external codec, an error has occured. Please check and adjust the export settings...







What am i doing wrong ?



Any alternative ideas to export settings, that allows me to export a 1:45:00 movie to about 1GB or less movie files ?

update:
any attempt to export to AVI fails like this, regardless of codec
