can i burn camcorder video onto cdr

i have a camcorder and want to burn onto cdr can this be done? and with what software. also is there someone who can instruct me on how to do this. kinda a newbie

:) look at the left side of the screen the area with the green color and click on "capture". it is a guide for you to capture the video from your camcorder, read also "author" to burn the captured video to cdr
