Are you ending up with the directors comment track? Some videos conversion programs seem default to that, probably set up that way by the movie company just to mess with someone backing up the BD. You might try something like tsMuxeR to find the right audio track, then mux it with the main video, then convert that to MKV.

No this is not a commentary audio stream....A voice is telling me EVERYTHING going on in the movie....Like its for someone who is blind......"Peggy walks over to the horse with a smerk on her face and looks at jockey"

It's a "Descriptive Audio for the Hard of Hearing" track. Like was said before, your app picked the wrong one as the default.

  8. I am having the same problem. It is caused when you use Bu-ray ripper and choose MP4-pass-through as the output format in order to get the highest quality results (as lossless as possible using the convenience of MP4. Most of the blu-rays I've tried that have come out in the past year or so default to including the visuall-impaired audio track in the final product. There is only one source file. I've tried virtually all of the audio encoding options with wildly varying results. Some BD's such as Oblivion, Hugo, etc. seem to only yield no audio at all or audio with the visually-impair audio track and nothing in between. If someone has insights into how to configure the options to get around this issue, please advise.

Yes, as was already mentioned, stop letting the apps do it automatically (or stop using automatic-only option apps).

Use MakeMKV as it just takes the main movie plus subs plus chapters and audio tracks. You could then use MKVMergegui to show all the components and simply untick what you don't need. On the otherhand the description audio track sounds just like a Russian rip
