Hi, i have a problem with one video. . its a video that was taken by a sony camera. The video has 18:38 minutes but when played with windows media player and GOM player the time is 2h or around that.. And when im converting with handbrake it says that the video has 3:59 minutes. I aprecciate some help because i have a work that requires this video and im not a pro on this thing.

I'd check around the 3:59 point and see if there is a break in the video. Some video players can skip over minor breaks and you may not notice. But encoders usually need a 100% error free file.
But others here may have better advice.
And welcome to our forums. -
Is the filesize information correct? i.e. is it really 279MiB ? That 3:59 time corresponds and seems to match with the given bitrates
Perhaps you have several separate VOB's that are not linked? -
