Does it have a composition setting function? When I start to run out timeline in AE CS3, I go to Composition->Composition settings, set the duration to a longer time, and proceed from there.

Sorry I misunedrstood your post. If my first sugestion doesn't do it for you, you may also Pre-compose the existing video, then that would give you more room for the remaining items.

    Hi,
My fault,Do you mean by pre-compose,to start again, not sure what you mean, must be the weather,
Its the COMP window thats too small and wont allow further aditions to the time line.

I'm at work now, so I can't be sure, but I think it's in the Layers menu, near the bottom where the Auto Trace function is. You select with layers you're finished with, select Pre-Compose, they will be merged into one layer.

I'm not understanding your problem so its hard to help. I'm not sure if you mean number of layers in a comp, or length of comp ?

A general word of warning though, always be careful with precomposing, moving attributes / unassosciating attributes can lead to some un-desired effects later when you try to work with things. Generally if you want something to be precomposed you want to either precompose it first, before you do anything. Or once it is entirely done with and no more work needed (in relation to other objects you arent precomping with it). Generally not part way through working with objects. Hope that makes sense.

    Hello fitch.

Its the number of layers in the comp,It seems Ive reached a limit as I cant scroll up to add more content.
