Is there a pice of kit like a dongle or router/bridge that would allow Ethernet only equipment (i.e. TV & DVD players) to connect to a home Wifi network?

  2. What do you mean ethernet only? I seriously doubt there is a piece of hardware to do that... Never saw a TV with the capability of using an IP address...

Panasonic TX-P50G10 TV and DMP-BD60 Blu-ray Player both equiped with an ethernet socket.

The DMP-BD60 Blu-ray Player has internet capabilities.

    Wireless Ethernet bridge - http://www.cnet.com.au/linksys-wet54g-wireless-g-ethernet-bridge-240001911.htm

Personally I'd connect the two devices and a wireless access point to a 4 port hub.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Yes but will it accept user video from a computer or server?
