I have extracted a MKV container into 3 separate files: a .264 videofile, an ac3 audiofile (DTS), and a SRT dutch subtitle.
So far so good, but when i want to remux this back into the MKV, make a Bluray structure (16:9), and after that an ISO file,
its displaying my subs too low. There are almost completely in the black box underneath the moviebox. How can i get them
to be played in the movie, not under the movie??
I already have tried editing the SRT file with Aegisub, which gives me an ASS file as outcome. The export function to convert the ASS to SRT is not working, its losing all the positionmarks i have added and briings the file back to the original state. Please help me, as i am busy with this since i was young![]()
Thanks for your advice, a desperate sub-guy

So you are making a blu-ray? using what??? tsmuxer? try instead multiavchd and see if you can adjust the subtitle position.
If you are just playing mkvs with subs you can adjust the position in your player or vsfilter or ffdshow. -
yes, i use tsmuxer. Is there no other tiny prog that can do the job? I finally find out how to work with this
so do you know for sure if multiavchd can do it? Any other suggestions maybe? Thanks for replying
