I used WMP to rip my CD collection to MP3s on my HDD. I have discovered that on quite a few CDs from about track 4 upward all the tracks are out by 1 posistion e.g. in ALICE IN CHAINS - DIRT album track 6 is Rooster however it is actually the 7th track when you play it.
So all the tracks are named correctly but are infact the wrong songs when you play it.
Is there a way to 'update tracks' automatically once they are ripped rather than me changing all the properties manually?
I can only seem to update the tracks when im using the CD not without it, I dont want to go through the process of plonking all my CDs in and out again.
So what album information sites can I use to update my already ripped tracks? Can it be done?
