Type the command "CONF" in Run command box and configure your netmeeting for local intranet.

The quality might not be high, but it works.

Thanks Bjs, i've used netmeeting for last two months, however it seems not stable and reliable. sometimes it gives me good video, but many other times it gives me interrupted video display. therefore i decide to leave it and try to get another tool. i don't really need the high quality video, i just want the tool to be consistent in providing the video display at a certain level of quality. would someone help me please? Thanks
