Best video conferencing SW?

Yeah, okay it's not "technically" streaming video - but I couldn't think of anywhere else to post this...

Anyhow I have a 2MB Broadband connection (in the U.K.) and my Dad has an ADSL connection (in GREECE).

What would be the best video conferencing software for us to install and use?

It can be FREE or Commercial with the following requirements:

1) Easy to use - my dad is a dunce when it comes to PCs
2) Excellent bandwith utilisation - bearing in mind that my Dad is only on ADSL
3) Easy to install - See No.1
4) Reliable - I don't want something that's gonna' bug out on me!

Anyhow over to you guys...ideas?
