A buddy of mine has the 3576 and the unit does not recognize USB Flash drives, but does recognize a Micro SD Card thru a card reader, but not all avi's on it. It has no problem recognizing these avi's when burnt onto a disc. I thought it may be a firmware issue, but Philips website has nothing on upgrading it for this unit.
Anyone run into this same problem? "Unknown USB Device/File"[/video]

3575 and 3576 only read audio through the USB port. No known firmware hack for it yet. Real long detailed thread on these PVRs over at AVS forum.

What a total bust. The drive is formatted to FAT32. I guess Philips expects you to buy one of their player only models in addition to this recorder. -The Mang
