anyone know "grab and burn" freeware?

if you know rocket division's 'grab and burn' i opened the disc burning wizard and did 'add files' and selected an mpg i made in vegas then added the ac3 i made in vegas. the window showed both files before i burned but the burned dvd came out with no audio, any corrections for me appreciated, just want a simple dvd no menus that will play on regular players. thnx

I don't know Grab and Burn, but honestly, the whole process seems fraught and unpredictable, so I am not surprised that you didn't get anything of value.

Basic process for DVD authoring is

1. Capture Video/Audio
2. Edit Video/Audio
3. Encode Video/Audio
4. Author DVD from encoded Video/Audio
5. Burn authored DVD structure to disc

You got to step three, and got lazy. Get yourself a decent authoring tool - GUIforDVDAuthor, DVDAuthorGUI and DVD Styler are all free - then burn with Imgburn once you have an authored DVD structure.

Leave toys for children.
