Make sure that you got enough free harddiskspace on the drive, where you installed DVD slideshow GUI(typically C: ) and also the drive you're exporting to. When exporting a lot of temp flies are generated like a 2 MB downscaled image each for each slide... Check those drives freespace when exporting to see if it's actully out of space.
If you need hhd space then check for and delete "..._temp" folders in the DVD slideshow GUI main folder. Normally they should be cleaned out automatically after succesful exports.
If you think you got enough free hhd space export your slideshow as ".avs" and drag and drop that file onto mplayerc.exe in the main DVD slideshow GUI folder and see if it comes up with an error message. Post what is says here.
When rendering 620 slides a lot of RAM is needed - since the entire video is loaded into the RAM before rendering. Hit Ctrl+Alt+Del to follow the usage of RAM when rendering. Add more virtual RAM if needed. (animated slides eat up more memory - so avoid those)
I never rendered a slideshow with that many slides myself. Alternatively you can render your slideshow into smaller parts(avi) and join them in a new slideshow project consisting of the avis rendered with a safearea x,y=0. -
PLEASE use a better subject. I have changed it for you this time...you could also edit it by just click on the edit button on your first post.

Morning together,
Baldrick I donīt understand what you mean with use a better subject? Sorry my english is only a bad school english.
I have enough free hdd space on the hdd where dvd slideshow gui is installed and on the disk i wont export to for sure. The RAM ist between 60 and 70 percent. I think thats ok too. If i put the avs file in de mplayerc it donīt start, but i have no error message. I post my avs file and hope somebody have a good idea.

620 Bilder?
If you are outputting that as an uncompressed avi file...at
full size(720x576)....that is going to be VERY large....yes? -
If i put the avs file in de mplayerc it donīt start, but i have no error message.
If this works okay then grab the gui version of HCenc and load the .avs file into that, to play around with the settings manually and render it.
Btw. does it export okay if you have like 10 slides in the slideshow? -
