What is the total video runtime? DVD Flick may read the runtime in the flvs incorrect. If it's possible to adjust the bitrate manually then try change it in dvd flick(use a bitrate calculator to calculate the bitrate, see our tools list)
Or try the old free divxtodvd or the new convertxtodvd or reconvert the flvs to avi using winff. -
I usually use FLV Extract(makes a avi and a mp3 file) , then use AVI-Mux_GUI to join the avi and mp3, then run it through dvd flick.
