  1. So I recently moved to Australia from Canada and brought my Xbox 360 with me. I went to plug it in with a plug converter and there was a loud pop, and it blew the circuit breaker. So I switched it back on and now no power is coming to the power brick, so I don't know if I damaged the power brick or not. Are the power bricks for NTSC ans PAL 360's the same? Or is it just the actual plug shape thats different about them. So I'm wondering if I need to buy an entirely new power brick, or maybe just the cord that goes from the wall to the brick it self. Anyways mates, any help is much appreciated.

Australia uses 240 volts at 50Hz. I am guessing that Canada uses lower voltage at a higher cycle rate. You will need a new power supply that suits the local power system, or a new original power supply and a voltage converter.

  3. SO do you think if I were to purchase an Australian xbox 360 power brick off ebay, that it would work?

If you also add a voltage converter between the power supply and the wall socket. if you just buy a new brink on eBay and plug it into the wall directly, you will have two dead bricks.
