  1. Hi, this is the first time i try to burn a download movie to a VCD...so i might sound stupid

When I try to convert this avi file with LSX MPEG Encoder but I got an error: "Audio stream has unsupported format or compression type. This program supports only PCM audio format with sample rates 11025, 22050, 44100, 48000 Hz"

So, what should I do? I've also tried TMPGEnc, it also gives me error.

    Thanks in advance!!!!!

Sounds like your downloaded movie is divx
Take a look at the left and click on convert then click on divx to vcd guide and follow those steps.
that should work for you as you need to strip the audio from the video and save as a wav file.

  3. Use virtual dub to rip the audio out of the movie to wav, then use the wav as your sound source in TMPGEnc.
