AVIgain - shortening files in batch

I was using avigain to normalize the sound for 4 avi files approx. 320mb each, but two of the completed files have been reduced to 25mb & 5mb, but the first and last file appear to be ok.

I did not see any error messages that would suggest the avi files were an issue, and they play fine?

Any help would be appreciated.
