  1. Hi,

    I'm converting from an .mov to an .mp4 and every time I try my clip gets shortened. The video is still there in good quality, however, all the black before and after the video has been taken out. Please help.

    I've used:
    Any Video Converter
    4Videosoft AVC Converter for Mac
    Miro Video Converter
    WinXD Video Converter

    Search Comp PM
    Try "remux" with avidemux, open mov, under video and choose copy, under format choose mp4, save. No video quality loss.

    If it wont help then post the details from the mov. Use MediaInfo.

  3. thank you for the reply. it did the same thing again. below is the result of the mediainfo. I've realized that the conversion replaces the black space with the first image of the video (about 13 seconds of black), the actual length isn't shorter. below the .mov are the results of the media info for the converted file through avidemux
