    I have a lot of video on DVD format. I now have BD player and BD burner. I'm looking for a package that will take multiple VOB or TS files and allow me to make menus to access them on a BluRay.

    Try TMPGEnc Authoring Works but I guess it will recode...so then it's not that useful.
