which software for avi capture

I have Studio MP10 capture card and I want to capture in AVI format.
What program should I take to capture AVI with studio MP10?

While I must state that it would be easier for you to look under the "capture" section to the left, I will give you my opinion on the programs.

Virtual Dub (www.virtualdub.org) is the best avi capture program out there, and used in conjunction with the HuffYUV video codec, there cant be a better way to capture!!! I dont know the website for HuffYUV, but its in the tools section!!!
