Hack for LG LD 750???

Hi, I apologize in advance for not being tech savvy or familair with this forum, but I am trying to find out how to unlock the regional code for a LG brand LD 750 DVD player. It does not currently have a hack under the DVD section of this website. Can anyone help? Anything is appreciated. (i.e. where do i go to ask this question)...

It's OK to ask here or in the DVD Players forum. That might be a little better than here, but it's not 100% wrong (in my opinion) to ask here.

Unfortunately all DVD players can't be unlocked. There may not be an unlock code for your player. There's no harm in asking though. Every now and then the odd request for a code does get answered by someone even though we don't have anything in our DVD Players section about it. Most of the time this type of request gets nothing though.

It seems that Hollywood has gotten to most of the DVD player manufacturers and it's now getting more and difficult to unlock players. For example, at this time it seems that Samsung doesn't make or sell a player anywhere in the world that can be unlocked. I'd love to know Hollywood's rationale for this as the reason region codes originally existed (to allow Hollywood to stagger movie releases up to 1 year later in some parts of the world) has no meaning now and you could make a strong case that not allowing region free DVD players just encourages piracy and could actually decrease DVD sales throughout the world.
