Hello, i've installed klite codec pack long ago and made lots of customizations for codecs and filters. Now i need a format on my notebook and wondering that is there a way to save my settings. Copying klite folder in C/program files before format and replacing it after format+installing klite is a proper way?

Not installing klite is the proper way to set up a system. It includes many codecs and file splitters that are incompatible with each other. It does not completely clean up after itself when you uninstall it or reinstall with different codecs. Install individual codecs and file splitters as needed. Or use ffdshow.
If you only need decoding (you're just watching videos) just use a player that has built in file splitters and decoders. Like MPCHC, VLC, KMPlayer, etc. Then you don't need to install codecs at all.
