    Hi...

    When i convert Divx to mpg with TMPGEnc the finished mpg file has the audio but where there should be shown a movie itīs all black... What am i doing wrong

    when encoding make sure that u chose the template that corresponds w/ ur dvd player(find out if ur dvd player plays ntsc or pal and choose that template).

    check your "AVI VFW compatibility reader" setting (should be a 1) in your "Environmental settings", (under the "VFAPI plug-in" tab)
