I own a SABA Dvd player model: DVD-010A

The remote is broken and I have tried 3 universal remotes without any luck. The Player is stuck in black and white as well. I looked for any contact information for this company and I can't find anything. I thought I would be able to call and order a new remote. Can anyone help me with that? I have looked online and I just can't find the contact information anywhere.

I know there is probably a universal remote that will work the player, but I just don't want to lose anymore money on remotes either. Maybe there is a way to reset the player so that it at least plays in color again, without a remote?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The B&W issue is likely the disc type you are playing or the wrong video output is selected. Unfortunately, most universal remotes don't simulate the setup keys.

I can't find any information on that company.

Thanks for the reply. I searched for information on the company as well to no avail. I'm leaning toward getting a new player all together rather than take chances on new remotes.

    Thanks again.

There's no polite way to say this, but maybe you need to work on your Google skills. I found the following rather easily:

    http://www.sabainternational.com/contact.html

Note that Saba is made in India so I wish you a lot of luck in dealing with them. Your particular model is not listed on their website, but how many companies can possibly be named Saba? The website I listed does have several DVD players listed but if it's somehow not the same company, then I apologize for criticizing your Google skills.
