    I want to convert my DVD's to H.264 so I can stream it off my PC to my LCD. What program will give me the best quality? Thanks much guys.

  2. I like FUW.
    I set it to original Audio and video to 704X480 @ 2gb file size. I then check the output to see if it's at least 2500kbs. If it's not, I up the file size to get it.

    File size and kbs rate shouldn't matter to you since you're not using a standalone for playback. If you were, the setting I us may not work for you. They just happen to be fine for my standalone

    Up to 1/4 the size of a DVD, movie only, storage size, and portable to other media players.
    What works for me, doesn't mean it works for everyone, and I freely admit that.

    Also I don't do any streaming (yet)

    Only prob I have with FUW is you have to put the DVD in the computer, it wont let me convert DVD files (VTS, vob, ETC) already on my hard drive. Thanks

  6. I do short time storage of DVDs in ISOs, and FUW opens them.
    You could always use imgburn to build ISOs out of your files
