There are several guides for doing this, but the simplest method is to buy a cheap DVD player that will play both formats. This guide : https://forum.videohelp.com/topic300144.html explains the correct method for re-encoding all the video content. Read it through to the end, as it is updated with newer software as it goes along.

Why do you believe you need to convert? Conversion is time-consuming, and inevitably degrades quality.

There are many DVD players that support both PAL and NTSC. It may be preferable to get one of those instead of converting.

If you really, truly want to convert, there are many online guides for doing so. One example of many is

[Edit: I see that guns1inger beat me to the punch with the same advice.]

  4. I will try the hints tomorrow. Unfortunelly in Brazil players with supprt PAL aren't usual.

In Brazil we use PAL-M system, and the usual is find player with work in NTSC and PAL-M syastem.

In any case I will try to find any cheap player.

    Thanks.

Ah, yes; PAL-M. I didn't pay attention to the fact that you are in Brazil, where a mutant hybrid of PAL and NTSC is used. If you are not able to find a PAL-NTSC DVD player there, then you may indeed have to convert the DVD itself, using one of the procedures linked to already. It's such a pain to do that I'd use almost any other method, including repurposing a computer to play the DVD through a suitable display.

Whatever method you choose, good luck.

    Tchau!
