  1. Hi all,

I have recently discovered a good video encoding solution that is also fairly easy to use: xilisoft video hd encoder
It all works fine to rip M2TS files and encode them in another format but even if I keep the resolution to 1920x1080, it keeps
on encoding my output files in 960x540. I have checked all the params for the encoding and everything is set to 1920x1080 so
I really don"t understand what's going on. Has anyone experienced the same issues?

    Thanks

If you can't find how to change resolution I wouldn't call it good...Use Ripbot264!, maybe not easier but click on it for guides.

  3. hi Baldrick,

false alarm for some reason, media player classic keeps on telling me that the resolution is 960x540 but when i check this out with other applications, the resolution is 1920x1080 so I guess the problem comes from media player. It makes sense that the resolution is correct because a 2h movie in 1080p (6000kps) takes 6-7 Gigs so it can't be low resolution.

    Thanks
