Problem with meGUI's "Analyse"-function

Ever since I updated meGUI a few weeks ago, every single time I try to Analyse videos, I've gotten one of two errors, both saying:
Check to make sure you have TIVTC.dll in your AviSynth plugins directory.

I did. It's there. What's wrong and how do I fix it?

Check to make sure your progam paths are set in the configuration, and match correctly

options=>settings=>program paths tab =>others

If that doesn't fix it, try uninstalling both avisynth & megui, then reinstalling

Tried both. Neither worked.

Here's the error:
Error opening analysis script Write: File 'C:\Users\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\interlace-3ac7a6a1768f4d22a4e2310e9f7a406d.log' cannot be opened.
