Hey!
So i've been trying to make my external WD 1600JB work with the 5960. I've read that I need to switch it to fat32. I've done this, and it still doesn't work.
I've also read that the 5-in-1 memory card reader on the drive is being recognized by the 5960 first, thus causing it to not read the HD. Can I disable the memory card reader, or change the boot order? Can anyone help me out?
Thanks!

I doubt it can be disabled. You will likely need drive without the card reader.

On my Philips DVP 5990 I can cycle through the separate cards in my 4in1 reader by repeatedly pressing the USB key on the remote. I assume you've tried this?
