Does anyone know of any free programs that can help with creating motion menus? Avisynth script generation, etc...?

Well, AviSynth and VirtualDub is what I use for any motion menu. Both are free and relatively powerful applications.

I guess i was looking for a nice GUI to setup an generate an Avisynth script or whatever. It's probably not has hard as I'm making it out to be but since I am new at this I was wondering if there was an easier GUI way or not...

GFD is a freeware DVD authoring program that uses avisynth to create motion menus. You would not have to write the scripts yourself. I don't know if it is possible to edit them, if you wanted to do that for some reason.

[Edit] It is possible to edit the script. It is created when after a user clicks on "Create DVD". For my set up, it's in My Documents\GFDOutDir\Temp\MMScript.avs

DVDAuthorGUI also has a method for automatically generating the video thumbnails via an avisynth script, based on the titles added to the project.

Yes, I just saw that. Seemed like I'm missing some of the plugins for AviSynth. I'll have to play around with that some more... Thanks
