I am looking to buy a 26" HDTV (720p at least) for my future PS3, I have seen some adds in the "Metro" paper for really cheap HDTV's, prices cut really low, but I forgot the name. Anyway, I just looking for a cheap HQ HDTV at 26", I found one which is perfect but still a bit pricy:

    Samsung LE26A57C1DXXU 26" Series 4 LCD TV 1366x768 5000:1 Gloss Black 3xHDMI at £348

I also found the Bush IDLCD26TV16HD 26in HD Ready Digital LCD TV at £229.99 but the contrast ratio is pretty shit, if the contrast ratio isn't that important on a small screen then please tell me.

Are there any better deals anywhere else?

Go at least Series 5, and preferably Series 6 if you can afford it. There is a reason the Series 4 is so so cheap. I have a 32" Series 6 (which is full HD 1080) and it is a very nice TV. If you want to use this TV for gaming, skip the 4.

I found another great one on ebuyer, Sense 26" HD Ready LCD TV Freeview 1366x768 800:1 500cd/m2 2xHDMI PC Input Gloss Black, this TV has recieved some great reviews however, it is not a known brand, and they usually tend to break easier and quicker, is it worth spending an extra £100 on the brand?
